Excellent customer service and outstanding quality workmanship. Vaughan accepted this renovation project which was challenging for several reasons. He conducted a site visit to show me the progress. He was very responsive to any messages I left. Workmanship was excellent and the crew did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend.

We chose Wallace Fleming to oversee our whole-home renovation after reading reviews on Home Stars and meeting with Vaughan. While the project was certainly not without its unexpected problems, we had a great site manager in Jorme. He went out of his way to make sure that things went as smoothly as possible and kept in regular contact with us to keep us up to date on what was happening which we really appreciated as we were not living in Calgary during the project. For the most part all trades used did high quality work and have been more than willing to handle any deficiencies. Although the project went slightly over budget and was competed later than originally anticipated due to the unexpected issues with this older home, we feel that Wallace Fleming delivered what they promised and we would certainly recommend them to others.

We interviewed a couple of contractors before choosing Wallace Fleming. Vaughan was the first we met with that we felt was actually listening to our ideas instead of telling us what we should do, and we felt he was realistic about the budget and timeline. Work started as scheduled, and with the exception of minor setbacks due to materials being on back order stayed on track (and in fact finished early). Any concerns we had along the way were addressed immediately by the project manager and without hassle. We are happy with the quality of the workmanship and materials offered, and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a renovation or development done. We are highly likely to use them again when we do additional work in our home.

This was our second time using Wallace Fleming. We had a basement done in a previous home and now recently in our new home. We're happy with the results and love the space! I would trust them to do another project for us anytime.

We had a complete main floor renovation done including kitchen, two bathrooms, and hardwood flooring throughout. Professional in their approach to the project and ongoing management. Site manager was good to work with, reliable, and kept us informed promptly. Sub-trades generally quite reliable, timely, and when issues arose the site project manager handled promptly. Design advice was very helpful on aesthetic selections but the advice did lead to some practical issues with flooring, cabinet design and installation which cost us some added dollars. Prompt post install service on a couple of minor fixes so we are confident if any issues arise in the warranty period that they will take care of them. The project was done on schedule. We would use them again.

Wallace Fleming did a wonderful job with our basement. They finished on time, on budget and were complete professionals during the entire process. Any issues or snags were dealt with immediately and in a timely manner. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wallace Fleming did our basement renovation for us following the June 2013 floods. I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism from start to finish. The lines of communication were always open and Dave (our project manager) kept me informed weekly of what stage we were at and what was coming up next which, for me, made everything so much easier to plan for. The job was completed to a very high standard and the trades people who attended our home were, without exception, extremely polite and professional. We worked with Wallace and Fleming on changing our island with a raised breakfast bar to one that was all counter height. They showed up to their appointments on time and helped us match our existing quartz counters exactly. The trades they came to measure and install also showed up on time and completed all the work on time and we were extremely happy with the quality. One of the trades even went out to by a special saw which he didn't have so the job would be done perfectly. They are great to deal with and addressed all of my questions and concerns. A very professional contractor and I would highly recommend them.

Our basement renovation experience with Wallace Fleming was really great. They were professional from start to finish, and understood that it was important to us to stick to the agreed budget and timeline.

At the planning stage Vaughan and Brent were very responsive to our ideas while being clear about what would be involved in each step.

We had a great experience with Wallace Fleming. We worked with Vaughan Wallace to start with during the design phase and he was very helpful and got us off to a good start.

The remainder of the project was managed by Jorme Barnsley who was fantastic. He was very polite, always on time and anytime I had a question via email or phone call, he was very quick to not only respond, but resolve any issue that came up.

We would recommend this company to anyone who wants to renovate any part of their home. Everyone we encountered throughout the project was great to work with, honest and above all professional. We couldn't be happier with the finished product!
