I have an extended warranty for my Lennox furnace and air conditioner. I have them serviced yearly. On two occasions over the past three months I noticed that the furnace didn't come back on after a power outage. The breaker was still on as was the power switch. I called Service Experts and had a technician out the next day. He diagnosed the problem as a defective mother board that was covered under my extended warranty. The part was ordered and installed the next day. John Park the technician not only installed the board but took time to quickly look at the furnace and pump to make sure everything was ok. I was pleased with the quality and timeliness of the response.
