We bought a new house and needed to replace the old existing furnace and AC. Neema and Yashar walked me through the project, explaining my options and tradeoffs for each choice. They made sure I understood what to expect. I asked them to also provide and install an ecoBee Smart thermostat, which is not a standard thing they do. They arrived on time on a Sunday to install everything and did a great job, cleaning the utility room constantly as they installed the new furnace, and finishing on time. It's been almost a month since they finished and everything's working great. I have and will continue to recommend Ace Comfort Solutions to anyone needing a new furnace/AC or for HVAC services.

After several days without A/C during the heatwave my parent's decided to call ACE Comfort. Recognizing my parent's discomfort the technicians scheduled us immediately and resolved the issue in under an hour. After a brief description of the issue over the telephone the guys arrived prepared with preliminary diagnosis, conducted testing and replaced the faulty components of a 25yr old unit with great efficiency and professionalism. My parents are very pleased with the service and the budget-friendly solution.
