I would not recommend this company. I had a wind damaged roof in March 2012 that Uber repaired. This was the original roof on the house, not installed by Uber. At the time the response was fairly quick, starting work within 2 weeks.
In November of 2012, I noticed additional tile damage.. I wasn't sure if they were the tiles replaced by Rick, or new ones. After multiple texts over a 5 month period to ask about his warranty policy and arrange for him to come by, Rick came back and did the repair in March of 2013; and offered to glue down the rest of the tiles on my roof (tabbing). I found out afterwards that the damaged tiles were not the ones he originally repaired, however my frustration is with the fact it took him 5-6 months to respond, and lack of communication.
I think if you have a large job to complete, and you get a written estimate and hard timelines (dependent on weather of course), Uber might be an option.
However for smaller jobs, or if you don't have a written commitment, expect poor communication and the work to drag on.
