Josh came to my house and treated it for rat infestation in the attic. He was very honest from the get go and was very professional in his approach. He explained everything each step of the way and it was very refreshing to have the feeling that he was not in it for the money but was genuinely there to help you. We had racoons living in our attic. the hole they entered the house through was hard to access. Our technician, Josh, was persistent in building the appropriate trap in the space- something no other company as able to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone with racoon issues.

Our issue ended up being one of prevention, where wire mesh needed to be installed.
Josh their representative was a pleasure to deal. I was concerned what the wire mesh would look like. I needed have worried, his work was excellent , very professional.
My only issue was the cost of the work, expensive.
