This company was very prompt with getting someone to my house to look after the problem. Josh was very honest and forthright about what he was doing to evict my unwanted visitor. He also thoroughly explained what the potential problems could be in the future. I would definitely use this company and ask for Josh again.

Josh was the service guy and he did a great job and even was able to sharpen his pencil in the deal and did extra work at no cost. He showed up on the date and was in time. Thanks and iWork's recommend to anyone having raccoon problems.

When we called they sent Josh within a few hours. When he arrived he went right to work. took videos of the damage before and after. Josh stayed and worked into the night to finish up the work. Josh came when he said he would, explained what he was going to do and why. Then he did what he said he was going to do and we haven't had a problem with those critters since.

I don't know about any other guys with this company but Josh is the one I will ask for the next time I have a problem of this kind.

Our issue ended up being one of prevention, where wire mesh needed to be installed.
Josh their representative was a pleasure to deal. I was concerned what the wire mesh would look like. I needed have worried, his work was excellent , very professional.
My only issue was the cost of the work, expensive.

We were certain there was something living in our attic! After talking to some people for referrals, 360 Wildlife Control was always mentioned. Racoons in my chimney. First I had called these guys who charged me $500+ and caught 2 racoons but were unable to put a cap on the chimney! they wanted me to pay to capture more racoons! They brought a ladder that they did not know how to use and was afraid to get on the roof.

Frustrated I called 360. Ray came within 1 hour of my call and was able to explain that I needed to protect my chimney with a quality wire screen. He went up on the roof with a ladder with complete ease when the guys from the first company I called were unable to do even with 2 people! Not only did Ray devise a solution for my current problem, Ray was able to survey my roof, my attic, and my basement to make suggestions for further wildlife proofing of my property. Everything he suggested made sense, and he his work is professional indeed.

Lesson learned. Get the right people. This is the place. DO NOT call a pest control company but a wildlife control company like 360 if you have racoons.
