This company should put "o% guarantee" instead of "100% guarantee"on their Web,when I called them first time ,they came quickly ,did some job,bill me $$$$, promise me it is guaranteed for 1 year but after 2 month there is noise in my attic again,I called the guy,he yelling to me, hang up my phone and never show up again,
This company is extremely poor service ,unprofessional,to save your money stay away this company.

I was having issues with birds coming into the vent. The service was excellent, they were quick and forth coming of the price before starting. The person was friendly. Thank you

We had squirrels nesting in the bathroom exhaust duct after they chewed through the louvre vent on the exterior wall. They also chewed through the duct into the attic. Ray and his assistant came in less than 24 hours upon receiving the call and carefully, quickly, respectfully, and humanely assessed the situation, determined that the squirrels were mature enough to exit on their own and then installed a one way door that enabled them to leave our attic...problem solved!!! Highly recommend their services...they really know what they are doing!

This company really has to review its practices in terms of workmanship, fairness and honesty. Raman seemed to not want to do the work, seemed resentful, and quoted us several thousand dollars for a job a very capable company did for a fraction of that, and no time at all. There was a genuine dishonesty and lack of follow through that was very disconcerting. He also misdiagnosed the problem several times and could not find the animal point of entry which another company found instantly. Stay far away.

We have had squirrels in our attic on and off over the past year. We recently discovered they have caused significant damage chewing through our electrical wiring. Ray took no more than 1 hour installing wire mesh with a 1 way exit door. That was less than 24 hours ago. We now have 3 squirrels desperately trying to get back in - not happening!

Excellent service at a very fair price! I had a raccoon taking residence on our air conditioning unit and shredding everything it could lay its paws on. It was early on a Saturday that I called 360 Wildlife Control and Ray and Sam were on my doorstep within a couple of hours. They assessed the rather tricky problem of access to the critter and very respectfully captured and caged the animal - other than obviously being pi**ed at being disturbed, it was never at risk of being harmed. They guys gave me an education on the life of a raccoon and advice on what to do to lessen the risk of another animal taking shelter again. They then took off to release the animal within a 1km distance - something required by law.

I was impressed by their response time, professionalism to the client, demeanour to the animal and efficiency. I would not hesitate recommending them.

After having dealt with a racoon problem for 3 weeks, and 2 other wildlife/pest control companies that we were not happy with, Ray and Sam from 360 Wildlife company was our saviour. From the courteous, prompt and professional manner in which they dealt with me over the phone to the thorough and obviously skilled service they provided in fixing the entry points of the racoon and covering all other possible entry points ... they simply delivered and went above our expectations. Now we can rest assured our home is pest free!

We had a squirrel trap behind our gas fireplace , apparently it came down true the unprotected opening of our original fireplace , some how it find his way Dow and was trap . They came seal the opening and open very carefully were they needed to do the extraction. In general we where very Impress with their knowledge and the way they work . We are very happy they successfully took the animal away. Ray it was great and very professional as well as josh .
We are please to recomending their services .

It's been a week & no more nightly noises to report.
By all the tracks in the snow he tried but couldn't find another way in.
