Jean-Paul managed the project and he was good, but perhaps could have checked in with us more often and did a final check on the work. There was also some miscommunication with billing, however, the company was quick to apologize and admit their error.
The sub-contractor Dwayne who did the dry wall was excellent. Thorough, meticulous and very easy to work with.
We did have some issues with the electrician John. We feel he should ensure that all electrical fixtures are in good working order before signing off. Also, provide proper lightbulbs should customers not have the correct ones. The light fixtures should all be working when the job is complete. After a formal complaint, the work was completed to our satisfaction though.
I would recommend Home Improvements, just be prepared to manage the project on your own.
