The crew was very professional, they were very detailed orientated and did an excellent job. It is the best window installation I have had. Would strongly recommend to work with Alex Kuzmin.

Gienow helped us replace most of the windows in our home a year or so ago and just finished replacing an exterior door. The sales person for both jobs, Ronny Sharma, was excellent. He listened to our concerns and was patient with our questions. Every detail was looked after and the final result was consistent with, and even enhanced, the look of our cape cod style home. The installer, Alex Kuz'min, was also excellent - top notch. Very friendly and left the worksite spotless (maybe even cleaner that he found it!). We have a bit more work to do in the future and I'll definitely be calling Ronny and specifically requesting Alex for the install.

From the first phone to get a quote to the final installation it was a pleasure to deal with them. I had three 3rd story bedroom windows replaced. All my inquiries via email were promptly answered and and the installation guys were fantastic, they were professional, friendly and very neat. Gienow provided a very prompt quote and were able to install the 3 windows in a reasonable time frame. Other competitor delayed and was not able to figure out the best configuration for a small bay window over the sink. Installers were excellent and customized as needed. Very helpful and accommodating workers. Matched and beat the price of the major competition. We would definitely go back to Gienow for other work.

We had Gienow install new windows in our 101 unit building in the beltline two years ago. It was a big job with approximately 400 windows and 101 patio doors. The job foreman was Alex Kuzmin and he was a big part of the satisfaction the residents felt after the job. What a difference new windows make in soundproofing and heat retention. We were so pleased with the work that we hired Gienow again this spring to do a 3 story building in Bankview with about 40 windows and 6 patio doors. Once again we had Alex Kuzmin as crew leader. The guys were always willing to ensure the residents are happy in the end. And the followup is also first rate.

Alex repeatedly asked us if we were happy /or had any concerns with the project. Other members of the crew would pass on information re upcoming house maintenance needs as they went along, which was very appreciated as we don't frequent the exterior 2nd level of our house. Was great that they assessed and reported potential future issues as they went along. Was obvious Alex first and foremost wanted us pleased but was very apparent he had huge pride of workmanship.
