Gienow Renovations

I had all the windows in my 2 storey house replaced at the end of July 2018. My original contact with Gienow Renovations was through their sales rep Andrew Lemkes. Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough with his quote. Lead installer Alex Kuz'min and his helpers Tony and Max installed 11 windows (5 upstairs and 6 on main floor). They performed their work efficiently and professionally. They took care to cover my floor and clean up. The attention to detail was appreciated, especially the outside casing and caulking around the new windows. A bedroom window had to be expanded and bathroom window had to be removed and installed taking care not to damage the existing tiling around the window. Both jobs were really well done. I was also impressed with the level of communication with Alex and his crew. All in all an excellent first experience with Gienow Renovations. I would like to send a big thank you to Alex and his crew.

I was very impressed with our salesperson Trevor. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. This was a very large job with over 20 large windows requiring scaffolding on both the outside and inside of the house. Alex and his crew came and did an amazing job. Alex was very friendly and professional. His crew worked hard and was respectful. We have more windows to do in the future and I will definitely want Trevor as my salesperson and Alex as my installer.

Under Installation Manager, Burim Gashi, Lead Installer, Alex Kuz'min and crew, Tony and Max were very efficient, hardworking and courteous. They were not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also very patient with our questions. They went above and beyond their duty in completing the renovation project in a professional manner, which satisfies us tremendously.

The Gienow team of Alex Kuzmin, Tony and Max had to install 8 windows on the main floor. They took care to cover our floors, were very courteous, and cleaned up including vacuuming. Special attention to existing window removal and attention to finishing with casings and caulking was appreciated. Alex then went over the final job with us, and explaining the features of our new windows.
Triple pane glass is the way to go. We now can leave the blinds up in the bathroom now that we have privacy glass installed.
Four quotes were reviewed, and Gienow had the best quote.

The Gienow team of Alex Kuzmin, Tony, and Max had to install two windows in our bathrooms, but one window was larger than the original and one smaller, which required a lot of extra work for framing, drywall, and exterior siding. They took care to cover our floors, were very courteous, and cleaned up including vacuuming. Alex then went over the final job with us, and explaining the features of our new windows. We have had other windows replaced by Gienow in past, and the service and quality is always very good. And the sales person, Trevor Hamilton, explained the quotation and options to us without any pressure to upsell.

The patio door that was to be replaced was 40ft above ground. Alex Kuzmin and his crew, Tony & Max managed to bring the glass/door up by hand to the third story and hoist the frame up over the 3rd story deck to install. The completed project looks amazing. Very hard conscientious professionals. First class team delivered first class results.

After getting 5 different quotes to replace my upstairs windows, I decided to go with Gienow. Trevor, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and kind; explaining everything that would need to be done. I was further impressed by the installers, Alex and his crew. They were friendly and conscientious throughout the entire installation. I would recommend Gienow Renovations!

Had 16 windows, patio door and 2 doors replaced through Gienow. We obtained a quote through Jay who was very helpful with meeting our renovation needs. It was a big job but Alex Kuz'min and his team excelled at their work and had everything done exceptionally well. Alex and his crew worked hard to complete our job in a timely matter and with the best quality workmanship. We appreciate Alex for all he and his guys did for us here and would highly recommend requesting him for your next project no matter how big or small!

Was a pleasure to once again work with this company. Five windows replaced in all.
Workmen , Andrey and Denis, were prompt, efficient, and hard working. They were quick to answer any questions we had.
They worked hard in removing and replacing the windows. When the project was completed Andrey pointed out a crack in one window and was reported back to the company. Monday morning I received a call stating when the window would be replaced.
All removed material was taken away by the workmen.
