Gienow Renovations

We replaced the windows for almost entire house; 15 windows and 2 doors with Gienow.
Alex Kuz'min and his crew Tony & Max were polite and very professional.
They showed up on time, and worked incredibly hard for long hours everyday.
They were experienced, very skilled and were careful in small details.
We are very happy with their work, and the new windows and doors.
House is much warmer and quieter. We would recommend Gienow windows to anyone, in fact, we already did so to a few of our good friends!

We Thank them and your company who provided the exact product we needed and looked for. Andrew Lemkes our Sales person, our first contact, considered carefully the funds we had and what would work best we appreciated him and his expertise very much. The windows are such a good fit and the combination of the windows and siding have made a difference already in our heat/air circulation and comfort in our home. Was a good overall experience. They came on time and finished the same day. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to all my friends. The price was very competitive as well.

We had all of our 30-yr old windows replaced (17 units) recently, and the entire process from quotation stage to install went well without a hitch, a professional job as expected. We’re enjoying the triple pane warmth !

Things went very well. The initial estimate of the time required for the installation was inaccurate, but we're happy that Lurie and his crew took the time that they did to complete our full replacement. They were meticulous, conscientious, clean, and thorough. Lurie is obviously a master at his craft and happily shared information about other things like furnaces and ventilation. Our new windows are stunning both inside and out and such a huge improvement. Bring on winter!

I ordered new windows and a sliding glass doors with blinds in the glass. They weren't able to accommodate the sliding door size with the blinds but decided not to tell me until after installation. Each time I asked about the blinds they said not to worry they would just swap out the glass with the ones with blinds. Then in the end they said. "Oh sorry we can't. It's the wrong size"

After a few production delays due to the size of the window, my bay window was installed by Alex Kuz'min and his crew of Tony and Max. The crew were polite, friendly and very professional. They explained what they were doing and why. They were very good at cleaning up the site. I would be happy to have them back to do other work for me in the future. I would give the installation crew a 10 out of 10. It was a challenging installation as the centre panel of glass weighed over 400 pounds but they handled it beautifully.

Had garden in front which was protected and cleaned up after work completed.
