We are happy with our windows however because we upgraded to the best windows available, we were under the impression it would be harder to see in than they are. We a very small hairline crack in one window and they came back and replaced the windows with no issues.

Gienow Windows Doors has helped me to replace and add windows to my home. I love the quality and the added light. I now have windows on all sides of my home so that natural light can come in and I don't have to live in the dark.

We purchased all of our windows and doors from Gienow. We are extremely happy with the service and the product, except for the exterior doors. The windows are great the exterior doors are terrible at best.

Jeff the salesman was very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable about the product, answered all of our questions and assisted with determining timelines and installation requirements. Product is of high quality and should stand the test of time.

Not impressed with Award. Had numerous problems with them installing the wrong size window, not sealing them properly and using subpar materials. Considering the magnitude and size of the job, a little more detail would have been appreciated. As it stands the windows were so poorly done that we will be looking at them replaced within the next 5 years.

Our bedroom window glass cracked so I phoned Gienow. On the phone the operator was able to pull up the records (the builder used Gienow) so I didn't even need to measure. They arranged for an installer within 10 days. The installer had the broken window out and new one installed in less than an hour. Very efficient.

Installed Sol-R shield windows in a new home which we built 12 years ago. Material inserted between panes has broken down resulting to very unsightly and visible streaks. We will have to spend thousands to replace the glass before we can sell the house.

Very discouraging to get anything done on warranty. This is a retirement home and we are on fixed income so this is very distressing.

Strongly recommend against this product.

I purchased new windows and doors for my home and dealt with Gienow. The turn around time for delivery was much faster than anticipated. The prompt delivery of the windows was very impressive and the product was exactly as specified. Would highly recommend this company.

We needed windows and doors for a new house build. We went to many window companies in the area and found Gienow's service & products to be excellent. Our quote was competitive and in a few cases better than the competition. The product was delivered on time, by careful delivers and we are very pleased with the product & service.

I bought triple pane windows. I had new windows installed for the whole house. They had great service. They came on time and installed them within 2 days. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again. I was very satisfied with the work done!
