Exceptional products! We were able to get a new window from their clearance centre that worked perfectly for our house! Their windows are very well made and have had a huge impact on our energy consumption. Most of our windows are now Gienow!

The retail staff are exceptionally helpful. We were able to get a window for our bedroom that had 2 openings and had the proper egress that we were told by another company we could not be able to do with the size of the window. The workmanship is fantastic and I would recommend them for all windows and doors.

We were happy with the quality of the product. The largest window was broken by the delivery people and a fix was done at our home which meant lots of broken glass to clean up. Product is great, service and installation were very poor. We had water leakage within weeks and chose to fix problems ourselves. This was a couple of years ago, hopefully they have fixed their installation issues. They did not have their own install crew but subcontracted - something to ask about! Windows themselves are now performing well and we love the style. Would recommend product highly if install issues are fixed.

We dealt with Robin at Gienow Windows. She was very helpful and helped us get the best price on black exterior framed windows out of anyone we called. They had the best price for the type of product we were looking for. Their service department was pretty good as well.

I am replacing the failed glass in my 21 year old home. chose Gienow because a sales person came out for an estimate without charge, live out of town, and took care of me from purchase to install. Decided to bite off the large living room window, patio doors and a couple of basement windows. Ordered late in year so the install just took place end of November Brrr. Alex Kuzmin and Partner were very professional, did good work (in a frigid environment) and I will be sure to ask for them in the next Stage of replacement.

The tradesman (Alexey and Serge) were polite, thoughtful, thorough and very skilled in their installation. They arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and worked quickly and efficiently until the job was completed. The work of the tradesmen matched the competency of the salesman (Jeff). We are very pleased with the product and its installation.

Jeff the sales guy was very knowledgeable. Alex Kuz'min did a very quick and clean job of removing the old windows, and installing the new. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Well worth the $!
