The retail staff are exceptionally helpful. We were able to get a window for our bedroom that had 2 openings and had the proper egress that we were told by another company we could not be able to do with the size of the window. The workmanship is fantastic and I would recommend them for all windows and doors.
Ray-O-Max was the only company able to do a bow window the size we needed in a composite material rather than wood. They offered many options for the window which was an added bonus. It was great that they came to our house and accommodated our schedule with the consultation. Only negative was the window was supposed to be ready and installed within 6 weeks which was more like 12 weeks and it was never communicated we had to follow up with them. We would use them again if the cost wasn't so prohibitive for the rest of our windows compared to other companies.
We purchased our new furnace with all the add ons including the Trane Comfortlink thermostat and the expensive filter. We had nothing but problems. First off they put screws threw our hardwood floor from the basement, still not fixed after 5 months! Then the furnace kept cutting out. It has taken close to 5 months to get it sorted out, including getting a new thermostat and motherboard for a brand new furnace. The only one who was helpful and knowledgable was Brian in the service dept. He is the only one who went out of his way to fix the problem.
