Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs

We have used Imran’s services since 2013 when our fireplace would not work in our new condo.
He came on January 2, the day we left a message on his phone. He fixed the problem and cleaned the fireplace and all components impeccably. We then asked him to do regular annual maintenance in 2017, 2018, 2019.
You only want to deal with real professionals when it comes to any gas appliance.
Imran is one of these professionals: knowledgeable in his field, courteous, always on time if not early, and his work area is spotless when he leaves.
This year, I got a bonus: he discovered that my vent was in the process of disconnecting, which means that we could have ended as statistics in the records of death by carbon monoxide. He also suggested that we could have a remote to start, stop, program the fireplace, which we decided to buy as an added convenience.

Moved into a new unit with gas fireplace never been used as it had been installed incorrectly. Fortunately I had used Imran before and knew who to call. Very professional and knowledgeable. After diagnosis IE had all the parts in his car required to rebuild our 17 yo fireplace which had not worked for the last 2 years. Never turn off the pilot light as this will cause condensation problems in the valve housing. The entire job took 3.5 hours and well into the evening. The reassembly of the fire box now also has a much more interesting flame display! Mr. IE takes great pride in his work and left his work space spic and span to the delight of any home owner. Previous technician suggested replacing the wall switch which of course had nothing to do with the lack of function.

20 year old Gas fireplace cannot hold the pilot light when the switch is released. Imran came and identified the parts that needed replacement. Installed the new parts, serviced and cleaned the fireplace. A lot cheaper than replacing the entire fireplace.

Inram is a total 100% professional! I got lucky due to a cancellation to have him come in 15 minutes. My 18 year old fireplace looks like brand new! There are some aspects of it that I didn't even know where there because of the grime and dirt! In a short period of time all was fixed and he was on his way to his next appointment. He was very clean and you would never even know he was here. The price was good compared to others that I called. I would definitely call Inram again next time, no one else! Imran is one of the best tradesmen I've worked with. We recently purchased a property with a gas fireplace and quickly realized it needed service and a cleaning. Imran again saved the day with his quick response and dedication to quality work. We use our gas fireplace a lot in the cold season and I knew it probably needed some major work. Well it did and Imran rebuilt and replaced the failed ignition and regulator components and gas supply and cleaned the system, carefully checking his work every step of the way. We are very pleased as usual.
