Although the wait time for the arrival of my windows was quite lengthy the install process with Sean & Rick went seamlessly! They were super efficient, friendly, cleaned up the house as if they were never here and did an amazing job! Great job guys!

Ordered windows May 2018. Hoping to meet deadline for rebate. Have not heard anything from our salesman Greg Flowers. Measurements have been done now 3 x however no contact from this company about installation. 3 days left then ? Cancel

This is the second time I have used this company to replace windows in my house. My first experience went well as we had a window and a sliding patio door replaced. The screen for the patio door was damaged during installation and after weeks of waiting and multiple calls they finally returned to install a new one. The second time I had them replace ten windows under the Green On energy rebate program. A screen for a family room window was missing so the installer informed us that he will have another one ordered. The installation was completed in June and it is now November and we still have not received the screen. We have called numerous times speaking to customer service and leaving messages but all we are told is that a new one has been ordered but has not yet arrived. The North Star windows that we purchased from them are great, however the service that we have received is extremely poor.

Northern Comfort installed our garage door a while ago. We recently noticed the trim was bulging and the caulking splitting.
Northern Comfort responded to our concerns quickly and rectified the issue to our full satisfaction.
It is good to know we made the right decision in choosing NC.

I just had the windows replaced in my house, Sean and Rick were very kind and treated my home like it was their own. From start to finish their team stayed on top of the mess which made for an effortless quick tidy up once they left. The quality of the install is on point 100%. Couldn’t ask for a better job. I would recommend Sean and Rick to family and friends.

I had all the windows and screen doors replaced in my home about 4 months ago. One of the screens was slightly damaged so they needed to replace it. When I went to replace the new screen that Northern Comfort sent over it was ever so slightly off and would not fit in the window. I called them to replace it again and to also check the window crank on one of the windows as it continually popped out of place. The service guy arrived today and checked the screen. He said he would replace it shortly and went on to check my window crank. As it turns out you only need to pop it back in place and then snap it to lock it. He realized that the window could use an adjustment due to settling so he made an adjustment and showed me a very quick and easy fix so the windows wouldn't stick when I opened them. Once he finished he went ahead and made adjustments on all the windows! He then took the screen and said he would return when it was fixed. The next thing you know there is a ring at the door and it is the repairman with the screen. He shaved it down in the truck so I wouldn't have to wait.

This gentleman went above and beyond to satify the customer. Thank you very much

I am so impressed with Northern Comfort Windows. I had no idea what type of windows to get for both efficiency and looks. I was given excellence guidance and am so pleased with the final cost savings and look of the new windows. Furthermore the installation was quick and clean-up was thorough. Finally, everyone I dealt with from initial contact to final close, was helpful and very friendly. Most impressed!

Northern Comfort installed a new front door and garage door for me @ a total cost of $6350.00. I’m very happy with the new front door but the garage has a few problems.
1) I have no access to my garage except through the garage door so had to have an emergency key release installed. (See circled item on door). The key release doesn’t work so the wire cannot be pulled out. I was told by the service people that a new one was required.
Also there is something wrong with how the wire is installed because it seems to be too long, right now the excess is bunched up in top of the door so I don’t hang myself when I’m in the garage.

2) The trim around the door is warped and needs to be replaced.

Service people have been here three times and the only thing done was to curl the excess wire up in the door. The last service call was on Oct. 16th, 2018 and the service man had none of the items required to make the repairs.

I’m trying to set up an appointment with the installation manager.

Quality was great. Installers were pleasant, and did a great job. Was a little bothered that I was told 4-8 weeks until installation in April. When in reality it was closer to 8 months. But that's on the companies end not the installers. Happy windows are in and I hopefully don't lose out on the government issues rebate because it took 7 months for installation.
