To Alan we are not just "customers" we are people, people in need of assistance, reassurance, and guidance finding and fighting mold which is a very scary thing when discovered in your home. Linda, I am completely sympathetic and understanding of how stressful it can be when worrying about the health and safety of your family in your own home. I am glad you called and we got exact results as to what was going on inside your place. It may have been surprising, but now you know exactly what to do about it and move forward with a healthy conscience. I hate when they take advantage of situations and will be more than happy to give some free advice, look over a quote or even recommend a few good people.
