I found Alan and AllMax home inspection listed online. I read the great reviews from other customers and decided to give him a try. I was not dissapointed!! I was impressed by his wealth of knowledge, and expertise from the moment he opened his mouth.
The inspection took approximately 2 hours, as Alan went over every area of the home, made suggestions about what needed to be updated or changed, and educating us on what type of structure this was, how it was made, how old it was, what materials were used and how to care and maintenance it. He took pictures along the way which he forward the very next day in an easy to read 50 page report with pictures, descriptions of the area and his suggestions.
Alan has given us confidence and pride of ownership in our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan to you or to my friends & family. He was a great inspector, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and explained things in a way that was relevant to home owners.
