Nick is a top notch, comprehensive professional, and ethical person. We had to change our furnace ASAP, and it took four days from initial visit to complete installation including time to order and receive the furnace. Nick takes time to explain the situation, your options, and how the whole process will go. Also should mention that Nick is punctual, responsive and taking pride in his work. We are very happy with results and planning to replace our old AC.

My furnace wasn't working so I called up Nick, left a message and within a few minutes he called me back. Over the phone he asked me a few questions and isolated the problem which was the furnace switch. Problem fixed in no time and he didn't want any payment. Not surprised by this. We have had Nick service our furnace and A/C for many years and he has always provided us with good service and advice. He is very responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable. Nick was amazing to deal with and very honest. We have a very old air conditioner and he managed to fix it so we dont have to replace it right away. Highly recommend him!

Needed to have a Natural Gas pipe extension to the BBQ location.
First of all, Nick explained me all the options and their advantages and disadvantages. After I made my decision, he got all parts and finished the work the next day.

My air conditioner was blowing very little air, so I gave Nick a call. I left a message and he called me back within 15 minutes, and helped troubleshoot my problem over the phone before setting up an appointment for the next day.

When he arrived he diagnosed and explained to me the nature of the problem, showing me the gauges he was using and explaining what was going on and how he went about fixing it. He was very thorough, professional, and friendly throughout.

I’ve called on nick many times over the past (I think?) 8-10 years for furnace or air conditioner maintenance. He is quick to show up and always explains what he is doing. I look forward to his emails providing hints to prepare for the upcoming season ... and reminder to change my filter.

Nick is an exceptionally professional and honest individual. He is incredibly knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning systems. I first had him service our old air conditioner a few years ago. Nick lives on our street in Mississauga and I would NOT go to anyone else to have any work done on our air conditioning and furnace. We have have been using his services for at least 8 years and comes well recommended. I am not reaaly sure of how much the cost was but we felt we had good value for money.
