My furnace wasn't working so I called up Nick, left a message and within a few minutes he called me back. Over the phone he asked me a few questions and isolated the problem which was the furnace switch. Problem fixed in no time and he didn't want any payment. Not surprised by this. We have had Nick service our furnace and A/C for many years and he has always provided us with good service and advice. He is very responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable. What he charges for the service he provides is also very good. I would highly recommend Nick at Olympic Heating & Air Inc.
