Drainpro

I had used DrainPro probably around 4 years ago for a new basement laundry tub install including faucet install. This included some "proper" work to the copper piping as well to fix issues from the previous home owner "do it yourselfer". Tyler had come at that time and did a very professional and efficient job, and pleasant to work with when explaining things, etc.
So today, I needed DrainPro for a few routine issues:
a. leaky kitchen faucet (hot water) and
b. leaky shower head where it was spraying from the angle lever
Steven was the DrainPro rep today and just as professional and reliable as Tyler. He fixed the kitchen faucet in no time and explained what the issues were. In regard to the shower head, he was honest in indicating the issue would be resolved with a new shower head. So I will purchase one and have them come back for that install.
What I like about this company and their reps is that they don't BS you, and just do straight, honest good work. The reps are not scared of hard work and do great work.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing issues minor and major. They don't give the trade bad name but the opposite.

Clogged kitchen sink drain in a 1950's bungalow with original plumbing under the basement floor to the street. Made a non-emergency service request through Homestars early Wednesday evening, Tim from DrainPro got back to us within an hour and sent a professional to our house first thing Friday morning. The plumber was at the house for 3 hours, reconfigured some of the plumbing connections and chased the clog through the old basement plumbing right out to the city drain. He was prompt, courteous, explained everything before he did the work, cleaned up the worksite and gave us great value for the money. The drain problem is completely solved and I would highly recommend this company if you need plumbing services.

Drainpro's staff was experienced, knowledgeable and personable. I was billed what was quoted, it took the time they had estimated and the team went above expectations. When the estimate seemed to be taking a long time, the office called to explain why and let me know when I could expect it. I would have them back again any time.

Getting DrainPro to replace two toilets, the shut-off valves for those toilets as well as adding shut-off valves under two sinks couldn't have gone better. A quick email and an appointment for an estimate was set. Steve dropped by when he was scheduled and within minutes was done.

Another quick email had the installation appointment setup. Joan in the office calls when the technician is on his way.

Matt handled our installation when Steve got booked last minute on another job. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and in less than two hours he was done.

Not much else to say but to repeat that if you want friendly service and a job well done, call DrainPro. I know I will when I require plumbing services again.

We have had DrainPro do plumbing work for us twice. The first time they installed a sump pump battery backup and the second time they installed 2 new exterior taps along with the required indoor plumbing. The company was responsive and competitively priced. Tyler, who came both times, is friendly, efficient and does a great job!

The basement had to be dug up from the back to the front and all old pipes removed and replaced. A hardworking crew arrived promptly. They moved and covered everything they could to minimize the amount of dust. On the first day they did not quit work until they had the pipes replaced and the toilets and water functioning so I could be comfortable overnight. Next day was concrete pouring and clean up. They brought plumbing up to code and fixed two other unrelated problems that occurred. I was so comfortable with them in the house that I left the house and left the keys with them to lock up. Follow up has been excellent. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Travis, Jesse, and Matt (hope I have the names right) you were a delight to have in my home.

We have hd problem with the drain in the basement as it overflowed when washing clothes. The problem has now been effectively and professionally fixed. We are very grateful for this professional service.

We came home after the holidays to find the furnace had stopped working and water pipes were all frozen. Drainpro was recommended to us and Tim sent Steve and Matt to do the repairs promptly. We are very pleased with the team and their work, they are very methodical, knowledgeable, clean and polite. They answered all our questions and reassured us throughout their search and fixing of numerous problems. After two great experiences with DrainPro, I had them over again to replace the water shut off valve and supply line on the third toilet in my house. And once again, they don't disappoint. Luke showed up and quickly confirmed my suspicions. He was professional and courteous and the work was done fast.
