The previous owners of our home did a really horrible job on our maple hardwood floors. It looked like they used rags to spread the stain around, and they didn't even vacuum or sweep before staining because the finish was full of hair and dust. Urban Tree Flooring did a wonderfully amazing job giving new life to our floor! They sanded the old, ugly stain away, and refinished the floor with a darker colour that really looks beautiful! Michael, Kory and the rest of the team have high standards and the pride they have in their work really shows. Their 99% dust-free sanding system was also awesome. The dust is vacuumed right into a drum in their truck. We also had them cut and install new baseboards for us, including tricky cuts around rounded corners, and it looks fantastic. We would recommend Urban Tree Flooring to anyone who wants to give their hardwood floors a fresh new look that will last a long time.

Wow, Urban Tree did a truly outstanding job refinishing our 15+ year old floors, and replacing carpet in an adjoining room. They expertly feathered in the new wood so that after the sanding, staining, and finishing, it looks original! Garfield also suggested replacing the clunky metal heating vents with flush mounted wood ones. They look amazing, and complement the floors perfectly.

Urban Tree is easy to work with, they show up on time, everything was clean at the end of the day, and there really was NO DUST. I would highly recommend Urban Tree.

Urban Tree did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. They are very professional, courteous, efficient and had a reasonable price.

Our flooring had lost most of its finish over ~25 years, discoloured, cracks, stains, dents etc.

Urban Tree refinished sanded, filled, replaced a few boards, stained and applied several coats of urethane our floor. The entire process was amazingly dust free, was gentle on our baseboards and rest of house.

It looks like a brand new floor now! We are very happy customers and highly recommend Urban Tree.
