Royal Roofing was fantastic. I am an out of country landlord, and they handled everything very cleanly, quickly and with great service. I met them for the estimate. They went up to the roof and took pics for me. I asked them about re-roofing my dying garage as well, and they told me not to bother, which made me have confidence that they do not try to up-sell. I was out of the country during the work, but my tenant said the work was fast and trouble-free. A few days later, my neighbour informed me that there was one piece of eavestrough that needed fixing. I emailed Royal and they went the next day and fixed it, and even sent me photos. I would highly recommend their work. Honest, friendly and trouble-free.

My roof was in need of immediate repair due to a major leak on two levels. All of the companies I received quotes from had high ratings on Homestars and were equivalent in warranty, price, insurance, etc. I selected Royal because they were the only company to walk me through in detail what the problems were, show me step by step what they would do to fix it, and refer me to people who could repair the interior as well. They came across as friendly and professional, and they proved to be just that when they replaced the flat roof. Not only did they accommodate me immediately (on a Sunday!), they worked from 9 AM till 10:30 PM to get most of it done so that the leak was fully sealed. They also took photos of every stage of the work and were excellent in answering my questions and accommodating some additional requests. I highly recommend this company.

Louis and Nick were very professional in responding to my call. They provided prompt service and clearly explained their work procedure. The cost to provide a new flat roof was very competitive. I would recommend their services.

We had a problem with our roof because the previous roofing company inexplicably pulled nails out of the vents and left the holes unsealed. So, obviously, our roof starts leaking following a heavy rainfall. We called Royal Roofing for a quote, and they were at our place within two hours. They diagnosed the problem immediately, gave us a very reasonable quote, and they were back the next day to finish the job. They took pictures of the job they did (which they sent to us) and guaranteed the work for ten years. We were very impressed with what they did. We would definitely use them again (although, hopefully not for a while).

We hired Royal Roofing on Nov. 2012 and were impressed with their service. Nick and Louis were always arrived on time and were very prompt in responding to any of my questions and concerns. They did what they have promised and pay attention to the problems and finished them professionally. I highly recommand them to anyone who are looking for a roofing company.

I am installing flashing around my house. I have decided to use royal roofing from previous projects to install this project. I am satisfied with previous work from them and will use this company for any new projects or grievances I need addressing through them.

Luis, Nick, and the amazing team at Royal Roofing saved us over the Christmas/New Years holidays. A month earlier I had my flat roof done by another person who did a very terrible job and created a leak. Royal came and assessed the damage (after I could not get ahold of the original guy) and gave me the truth about the previous job. After 2 other roof estimates, I specifically chose Royal based on a few factors:
1. They responded the fastest after I called about a leaky roof
2. Took photos, and showed me every place the last roofer did a bad job, and explained how it should have been done properly.
3. Offered to work over the weekend prior to a heavy snowfall to help protect us
4. Explained the procedure and materials they were going to use for the fix.
5. Wrote out a detailed estimate and did not ask for any money up front.
I am happy I chose them, and am truly grateful the team came to fix my house. Five of them spent 14.5 hours one day to ensure that the roof would be good during the snow/rain projected over the next couple days, then came back and finished the rest of it off another day (another 8 hours for 4 of them).
Royal Roofing is reasonbly priced, but more importantly the team takes pride in what they do, and have a tremendous work ethic (something you don't see often in today's contractors).
I've been disappointed by many contractors, but this team is truly amazing and does a great job. You won't be disappointed. Thank you guys.
