I needed a new roof and contacted Royal Roofing Inc. after it was recommended by my relatives who had dealt with this company in the past.
The sales representative was a highly professional and knowledgeable person, named Louis. I got a quick estimate, everything was well-explained and easy to follow. The job was done fast and neat. The crew was very friendly.
We are 100% happy with the whole procedure from beginning to end. If you need new shingles installed Royal Roofing is the company to call. Highly recommended.

Water was running into my upstairs bathroom during a rainstorm. Lewis and his colleague arrived on Sunday afternoon, took pictures of the damage to my roof, put temporary patches in place and arranged to return with two days. Examined and identified exactly what was wrong, and what future problems I could have. Very pleased with the service.

First I called a couple of companies specialized in roofs damaged by animals - they didn't even call back ...Than I emailed Nick & his team (which replaced my roof a few years ago). He just showed up at my door - same evening to take a look, we cut a very good deal and my problem was solved impecably.

Their quote was competitive, and they were the only company to take the time to explain exactly what was needed, show samples of the materials that would be used, and fully answer all my questions. Our situation was urgent, and Royal had a crew out to our house to redo the roof within 2 days, on a long weekend no less! Many thanks to Nick and crew for responding to our emergency and taking care of the problem in a most professional, expedited manner. The new roof was well tested during a heavy rainstorm on night 1, and we are dry! I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Roofing...a most impressive company with a primary focus on customer service.

I had my garage roof/structure redone and my front balcony floor/structure, including a main post, repaired as well as a sun-room roof re-shingled. Nick and Luis are great. They do an excellent job. Their prices are reasonable and they don't do what doesn't need to be done. They listen to what you want and need and they give good, solid advice. I definitely recommend this roofing company. I found Royal Roofing through HomeStars so I was fairly sure I had made a good choice. From the moment I met Nick for an estimate, I found him to be honest, and extremely professional.
He took the time to go up on the roof to see exactly what we needed (only one other vendor even bothered to go up, and they were nowhere nearly as thorough as Nick in their assessment). He then very patiently answered all our questions and provided some great suggestions for solutions. He provided us with a very detailed written quote, and responded very quickly and thoroughly when we had some follow-up questions. His crew as great - very polite and extraordinarily hard-working. The team did a great job and left our property cleaner than when they arrived.
