World of Spas

Thank you for our spa! We just got our new Aquarious Dynasty Spa delivered last week and we couldn't be happier with it! We had to wait a full 5 weeks for it but it was well worth the wait! Thank you for everything! Just found out our neighbor bought from you on the weekend! The bigger one though of course...lol. Thank you also for answering ALL my questions over the past few days! I really had no idea what I was doing!! Got it all figured out now, thanks again :)

Dynasty Spas Calgary has been easy to deal with even though we have an older tub and aren't the original purchasers. We needed written proof of the CSA number (for the electrical permit since the sticker was missing), new neck pads, lock keys, some jets, etc and they were able to help us in a very timely manner. Great job!

We have been very impressed with Rochelle's knowledge of spas. She has discussed pros and cons of similar name brands, and benefits of owning a Dynasty Spa. We are expecting delivery of our spa in the next two weeks.

I have owned a Caspian hot tub for three years that I purchased from dynasty red deer. I have had very good experiences there. Rochelle is very knowledgeable and helpful and when we did have any warranty issues, she and Gary (her service technician) were great to deal with and got the repairs done in a reasonable time frame.

Worst service I have ever had. Tub had more repairs that you could imagine. That woman shoul be out of business, but she lures people with these great deals so that they won't leave and do thei homework. Go anywhere else, but don't buy here,
