It's not often that I would take the time to write a review on a company but in this case this company deserves a pat on the back for the great service we received . Our story starts with we have two homes one in Calgary and one in invermere we already have a Arctic Spa hot tub at our Calgary home but we were looking to get a new tube for out in invermere. So we when over to centre street to look ant the different makes and I wasn't sold on getting a arctic spa again do to past service issues so we went into Dynasty to look at there tubs we dealt with the owner Brent he gave a great deal on a new tub but that's not where the story gets good, we decided to haul the tub to invermere ourself but needed to have someone take it off our trailer and put it in the back yard about 40 feet We asked one off the spa companies in invermere what the would charge and was told $1500 there is no way I'm paying someone $1500 to move a hot tub 40 ft . So I went back to dynasty to see what they would charge to deliver the tub to invermere and put it in the back yard I was dealing with Chad and was quoted $600 less then half of those nuts in invermere and it would include delivering it from Calgary. To make this story even better we were again having problems with our spa in Calgary and again no one shows up for our service appointment but thanks Dynasty they had a service tech at our place with in a hour yahoo we are hot tubbing again and from now on will deal with no one for either hot tubs but Dynasty thanks guys job well done
