I had a tech come and check my fridge. The repair work was mostly covered under warranty. The tech came back quickly and the repair was fast and everything works again!!!!! He even adjusted a crooked door that was driving us nuts but didn’t know how to fix!!

We recently had our fridge repaired. Work order: 365608

I have to admit that having service technicians come to our home can be somewhat daunting. Oftentimes, we don’t know what is happening or what needs to be done to repair the appliances we have.

The service technician from Elite was friendly, personable, and explained EXACTLY what needed to be done and clarified the costs right away which I thought was really awesome! Upfront, clear, and an honest job done right!
