My elderly mother was concerned with a "noise" coming from her new Samsung refrigerator. Elite came in to do a diagnostic - everything was fine - running well. The technician arrived on time and explained his findings in a simple and concise way. Work order #414971888

Our fridge was making a rattling noise every time you released the water lever. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly and although a solution wasn't available, I did find him to be helpful.

Customer Service system (notification and scheduling) is great . The technician (Ace) is professional, prompt and honest. He also gave advice for some potential problem that might occur in the future. Overall is great, it is just hard to get an earlier schedule probably due to long lineup of customers)

The fridge was still under warranty so I didn't have to pay. It had a scratch and when I signaled the issue they set-up a technician that promptly came to my house and fixed it.

My range keys functions got damaged and they came in knew what they were doing and replaced it

Re repair 307568, the technician arrived on time, was very pleasant, explained both the problem, and what was necessary to do the repair. The tech was very happy he did not need to replace any parts keeping the cost of the repair lower. He seemed to really care about his customers' best interests, I would not hesitate to recommend Elite to others.

I had my oven door replaced. I was very satisfied with the service provided. From when I first called in the service order to the final installation date. I was notified when the technician would come and given a reasonable window, so I didn't have to waste my day waiting around. I would definitely have Elite service my appliances in the future.
