Elite was called to diagnose and fix a broken dryer under warranty. Even though there were strange issues with the warranty, Elite figured it all out, fast, and got all the work done under the warranty. The tech, Simon, was friendly, clear, professional and super quick at diagnosing and fixing the problem and everything's perfect now. Couldn't ask for more really, thanks guys.
