I had a leaking washing machine and man was Samsung's customer service BRUTAL. When they finally agreed to come and fix it, they assigned Elite (work order #281088).
I was given a window of 10-1, but I was only a 10 minute walk away so I asked if I could be given a half hour's notice before they came so I didn't have to sit around waiting. They agreed, and Atlan texted with a 30 minute heads-up, and he arrived right on time. He found the problem quickly, fixed it right away, tested it to make sure it was fixed, and gave me a couple of maintenance tips. He was a super-friendly guy and I was extremely pleased with the service.
