I have moved a few times and these are the BEST movers I have ever used. On time, professional, friendly, and very competent! I was anxious about having another not-so-great moving experience but Cormac immediately put my mind at ease by telling me how they were going to approach the move. Truly a stressfree day. I give them a huge gold star and have already recommended them to a neighbour! Maria, Tivor, and their entire crew were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The crew started working on our move early in the morning. They were courteous, careful and hardworking. The job took almost 12 hours to complete (though they worked fast), but at the end of the day, they were all still smiling and courteous. Moving is never easy, but Viktoria Professional Services made the whole experience so much easier. These are probably the best movers we've ever hired.

I’m sure most you had bad experiences with Moving Companies; for me I’ve seen the worst… I was really thinking of having one week off and move my stuff by my self just to avoid the whole hassle. But then I decided to make few calls first and when I spoke with Maria I noticed that there is something different. She explained to me how they work and how they are clear about their fees, so I decided to take my chances with the company.
I was not disappointed at all. The movers showed up in my apartment exactly on time and I was surprised because we have security in the building and the elevator is usually is handed to tenants only; so when I offered that we go down stairs to get the elevator they told me they already took care of everything.
They were very nice and professional from the beginning to the end of the job and they were ready to help me with anything even the excess furniture that I was throwing away they helped me moving it to the recycling area (without slacking). My estimation on how much time I need to finish the move was 7 hours but they did it in 5 only and the guys didn’t waste any minute. Maria, you and your team gave me hope that moving could be a pleasant experience.
I strongly recommend this company to any one who is hoping for a smile on the face after a move.

viktoria professional movers are just that - totally professional. they moved us from a three bedroom house to our new home in august 2011, and the service was superb. they delivered boxes to my house for me to pack into with no delivery charge and at a convenient time for me. they advised us all the way through to the move, and then the three person team led by tibor, turned up early and moved us calmly and efficiently with patience and kindness. they worked very hard and treated our possessions with care. thank you to all the team and maria who, so very efficiently, organized everything from the office and even lent to us the wardrobe boxes for an extra 10 days free of charge until our new wardrobes were built. thank you, thank you - i recommend this company highly.

Viktoria did a great job packing up our house and moving our things. I would definitely recommend using professional packers. Everything was packed with care and properly labelled - plus they took apart all the furniture for the move and re-assembled it in the new house. After we moved in we discovered that a couple furniture items did not seem put together properly. They promptly came and fixed it the following day - no questions asked. I would definitely use them again.

We called many movers, whom are highly rated on Homestars and were shocked at how many didn't return our calls or email requests. Viktoria Professional Full Home Services was prompt in their replies, thorough in their quotation, and lived up to their promises. Rocky and his crew showed up the day before the move to help us with some packing. They did a great job to make sure that everything was packed and that things were prepped for the move. We were buying and selling on the same day. For this reason, Maria arranged a later start time knowing we wouldn't have our keys until later in the day. Rocky and the crew arrived 15 minutes early and were absolute professionals. They had our stuff loaded quickly. They then unloaded us into the new home quickly putting all the things where we requested. After unloading us at our new home, they unloaded some items at another location including a piano down a challenging flight of stairs. They were incredibly polite, patient, encouraging, and friendly. They took a huge amount of stress away from what could have been a very stressful event. The next two days we had Maria and her staff out at our new home getting us organized. The place looked impecable after they left. If we were to move again, I wouldn't even try to call anyone else. We have moved many times but have never experienced the personal and professional service we received from Maria, Tibor, Rocky, and the crew. From the beginning ,Maria was quickly available for the quote and always on call to answer any questions or concerns. Packing materials were delivered on the weekend and in the correct quantity. On moving day the crew arrived on schedule and never stopped until the truck was loaded. They wrapped evey item and were exeptionally careful as they moved out heavy antique pieces and delicate china. Everything arrived in good condition. Even though it was a very long day the men maintained their good humor. I would use Viktoria Movers again and would highly recomment them to anyone else.

This was my first time using movers and after searching on HomeStars, I decided Viktoria will be the moving company for me. From the very beginning they were professional, courteous, and diligent.

This company is absolutely fantastic. Maria took the time to go over everything on the phone in great detail and arranged to have the cleaners do a thorough cleaning the day before my move. They did everything from bathrooms, hardwood, windows, appliances (inside & out), cupboards etc. Maria even arranged for the 2nd floor carpets to be steam cleaned as the cleaners finished the main floor. Steve was at the condo quite a bit that day making sure everything went smoothly and I believe Maria herself came back just before the move the day after to finish the windows.

Rocky & Tibor showed up the next day to handle the move and they were amazing from start to finish. They even helped pack the last of my things I couldn't figure out how to pack and had me completely moved hours before I had expected to be finished. Unlike other companies there was no complaining about the lack of an elevator in my old condo and their professionalism was very reassuring.

I've passed Viktoria's info to my family, friends and colleagues and wouldn't hesitate to use them for any of their services again.
