We had a great moving experience with the team from Viktoria. Very professional and efficient, Maria provided the quote and advised us regarding the move. The moving crew were great: polite, on time (they actually showed up early) and extremely hard working. Everything was handled with care and put together the way we wanted. I would definitely recommend Viktoria to friends and contact them for other jobs.

My move was very last minute and I was very impressed by the flexibility of Maria at Viktoria Professional Services and her team. I had never used a moving service before and was hestitant to have strangers touch my personal belongings. I can truly say that I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and overall service I received from the entire crew. I was so impressed that I used them twice in a period of one month. They were very accommodating and willing to do what was necessary to meet my needs under unusual circumstances. The movers, Tibor and George, were very professional and clean. The truck arrived on time and the move was handled quickly and efficiently. They took care of my belongings and ensured that nothing was broken or damaged. The price quoted was the price I paid and I felt the price was quite reasonable.

THE TWO IRISH GENTLEMEN WHO I'M SORRY I FORGOT THERE NAMES WERE GREAT AND VERY CONSIDERATE IN EVERY ASPECT. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE BY OFFERING TO PUT HER DINING ROOM SET BACK TOGETHER. I hired Viktoria based on the reviews here and obtaining several quotes. Maria and Rocky were so easy to deal with (mostly over email), prompt and informative. The movers arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and careful. They had blankets and bubble wrap for my couch, book shelves, and other picture frames. My couch just barely fit through my new front door but the guys easily took the doors off and replaced them perfectly. I wasn't as packed as I should have been so the final bill was a little higher than I had anticipated but it was worth it to have these professionals in charge of my move.

I also hired them to do a pre-move cleaning (additional $200 for 6 hours). The cleaning lady was very thorough and efficient.

After suffering previous nightmare moves, Viktoria were fantastic. The guys were punctual, worked flat out the entire time and were very respectful of our possessions and new house. The rate was clear before the job started, was very fare and they completed the job in good time. The moving industry in Canada seems to be a business full of criminals, so it was refreshing to find such a good, professional company. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Made one of life's more stressful events a complete breeze. Really brilliant.
