Prompt, professional, courteous, neat and clean. They did an amazing job, I was thoroughly impressed. Nothing was broken, they had their own tools to dismantle some furniture and then set it up again.
I had not moved in almost 20 years, so I was not sure what to expect. These movers had been recommended to me, by my son. He had used them for his office, so I was a little nervous about how they would move a house, with fine china and furniture. They were perfect, I would definitely recommend them.

The three man crew of Kevin, Ray and Dan from Viktoria moved our heaviest household goods including a sofa and two chairs with throw rug, a five piece wall unit, a two piece computer hutch, an entertainment cabinet, a credenza, a dining room cabinet and hutch, a washer and dryer, and a refrigerator. They arrived with four-wheel dollies, padded hand trucks, pads for all the furniture and restriction bands to keep the cabinet doors closed during transit. The truck was full sized to accommodate the moved items and was in excellent repair. Once loaded, they followed my family to the new destination and unloaded and placed all items in assigned locations and assembled where required. When finished they cleaned up behind themselves before departing.

We highly recommend VIktoria Movers. We needed a particular date for our move and they were able to fit us into their schedule which we greatly appreciated. On the day of our move, they called to let me know they would be a few minutes late and three men arrived soon after, well within the original timeframe we'd agreed upon. It took them about 3 hours to load up all furniture and boxes from our old home and about 4 and a half hours to move it into our new home.
The movers were professional and clever (arranging and rearranging the contents of the truck to make sure we could take everything in just one trip). While unloading they were in constant contact about each item to make sure everything was placed where we needed it to be. Go with Viktoria Movers. You won't be disappointed!

I called them 2 yrs ago to pack and move my 1st floor while we renovated, and they were excellent. Delicate china all intact, the giant heavy glass and brass china cabinet-- scary for me to watch but they didn't even break a sweat.

So when it came time to move to a new house this year, I didn't hesitate to call on Viktoria again for both packing and moving. I thought the estimate was great-- they gave a high and low of the range (I assumed that we would come in on the high end, we have a LOT of stuff).
On packing day, showed up right on time, got the lay of the land, and got down to work. Jammed all day, and got the entire house (which was a semi-detached, but every closet was FULL and the basement, while organized with lots of shelving, was quite full also) done in the time they said they would.
They advised that we'd need another guy and another truck on moving day, which we both appreciated the professionalism and of course approved, and on Moving Day, again, came right on time, and got down to it. Loading was quicker than my husband (a former mover) expected. Unloading at our new house took a bit of time b/c of the stairs and some narrow passages, but they moved like a well oiled machine. My husband and I helped direct traffic, and we got it done well before dark in a reasonable amount of time.

Every interaction I have with Viktoria Movers is super professional and also very friendly. They take the time to listen to you and work with you, they are very patient and know that moving is a stressful time. They answered all my questions in the time leading up to the move, and even after the move as well.

I recommend them to everyone I know in the GTA, and my husband has recommended them for office moves as well.

I called Viktoria Movers from all the good reviews for getting large, heavy objects in tight spaces. Another mover tried to deliver my large new fridge twice but could not get it up with two different sets of movers/guys. In fear of getting it "sent back", I had them put it in my backyard with a tarp over it. Ugh. I had already ordered the custom cabinets and measured the fridge going up the stairs with a cut out -- it should have fit!
Fearing need for a crane delivery, I called Viktoria Movers and they were excited to come out the next morning to see what their competition could not accomplish. They relished the opportunity to move it two days later, had it up in no time, effortlessly took of the doors of the fridge, and put them back on in record time. 2hr minimum with all deliveries was very reasonable at 130/hr and $70 travel fee. Much cheaper than the alternative!
I will definitely be using them again.

They moved a set of bedroom furniture, desk and chair, lamps, and several boxes of kitchen & personal items from a 3rd floor apartment to the second floor of a private home. The distance of the move was about 20 km and the entire process took less than 4 hours. The movers were very professional and took excellent care of protecting the pieces they were moving. I couldn't have been more pleased and would definitely use this company again!

From the moment I phoned, till the moment I moved in....I have never received such awesome service. I phoned a few months ago and spoke to Maria. I was very impressed by her taking the time to explain everything. She knew I had many concerns such as my fragile furniture...house renos...and more. I was drawn to Viktoria movers because they have their 'in house' storage facility as well. Deep in my heart I knew my home renos might be delayed and their storage fees were very reasonable. The team that came to our place wrapped and cared for our furniture just like it was their own. They were very fast, efficient and kind. Maria followed up at every step of the way. Even while she was away on holidays!! My husband and I are very pleased. Especially because I'm 7 months pregnant and I have a toddler. The move was very smooth thanks to the team at Viktoria Movers.

Adam called me back and fit me into the schedule, even though my move was the next day. Two guys Boris and Kevin arrived on time to load me up. They were efficient and my stuff arrived without damage. If you have expensive furniture, you may want to make sure they schedule enough time for your move so that they are not rushed. But my goal was to get my stuff moved quickly for a reasonable price, and they did! I would use them again and recommend them.
