Viktoria Movers seemed like a great company at first. Unfortunately for me, I had moved and tried to coordinate the move from the other side of the country. Viktoria movers made several mistakes, none of which were properly rectified. The mover damaged furniture of mine which they didn't even move, by hitting it while moving other contents in. They forgot two chairs, two boxes and a toaster oven 4600km's away and I had to wait weeks to get them delivered. There were many other issues. My biggest complaint against Viktoria Movers was the damage they caused to my tv. They were supposed to package the tv up and ship it. They took the tv out of my home, unpackaged (and I had moved already so I had no idea this was being done). The damage they caused can be seen in the photo. This wasn't just an accident, this was gross negligence. Absolutely no care taken with something breakage. I understand accidents can happen, but after calling and filing a complaint, the owner of the company told me I have a deductible and she can't do anything about it. That's a shame, since you own the company and you most certainly can do something about it. I understand the point of a deductible but when your movers are flat out negligent with my property, I would have expected a much higher degree of ownership and professionalism. I was offered $50 for my relatively new tv after everything was said and done. Bottom line - if you want anyone to be responsible with your property, don't chose Viktoria Movers.
