From the beginning of the always stressful moving process I was very impressed with Viktoria's professionalism. Maria was starightforward and helpful when she came (on time) to give her estimate, and the estimate itself led to a firm, flat rate for the move. No hidden costs.She also checked at various points before packing day to ensure that everything was on track. We'd decided to have Viktoria pack up the kitchen and a few other things we didn't get to, and on packing day the packers arrived on time, packed up in very good time, and shrink-wrapped the furniture. On moving day everything went very smoothly, and arrived in great shape and was unpacked properly.
I was pleased with the environmental policy of this company. The packing peanuts are made of potato starch rather than styrofoam, and blankets and other materials are cleaned and reused.
The movers were great guys, in particular we appreciated the good humor and kindness of Cormac the crew boss.
We had trouble finding two pieces of art and were quite anxious about this. Not only was Maria reassuring and helpful, Cormac and Chandor actually stopped by on their way to Montreal to look for the paintings! And they found them, in a chandelier box that we'd partially opened.
Now that's service well beyond the call of duty!
