We had a new central air conditioning system installed. The helpful sales person (Sean) explained the options available and helped us determine the best one for us. He also explained the advantage and disadvantages of various options. They were able to give us a price lower than any of the estimates we got and still give us a great system. Also, their installation crew was one man his name is DIETER and he was great he did a wonderful job he also was very helpful with all my question and fix a crack I had in my wale were the out take for my furnaces is when finished. Now one weeks after installation we are cool and satisfied. We would happily recommend them and will use them all further air conditioning and heating system needs Thanks you DIETER.& Convertible.

This is the second time I have used Convertible - 10 years ago in my first home they installed AC and were fabulous- so naturally when I moved this spring into an older home that need an upgrade in Furnace and AC I called them back- I had gotten other quotes as well, they came in with the best price for a great product and their level of professionalism as well as flexibility for my schedule for both the home visit for quoting as well as the install was great.
The day of the install the team that was there was beyond great- if there wasn't a new system there you would not know they had been there, they were fast, polite and above all very tidy with the removal of the old units and the care of how they left my home when they were done. All in all a great experience. If I needed anything else they would be my first and only call, however I am confident that I won't need to unless I relocate again. Thank you Sam, Sean and Adam you guys are great!

One of my neighbors bought an AC from Convertible through Sean Kesavan, he mentioned that Sean offered him a good deal and a clear explanation of the product and payment options. He passed along Sean's information to me. Sean returned the phone call promptly and we booked and appointment at my place for him to come and check things out. Once here he was very professional and friendly, a good listener. He evaluated my needs and gave me the proper advice on what product we needed and the payment options were explained as well. The installer Dieter came to do the work on time, we was great and clean with his work, he was patient an answered all my questions as well. Overall was a very good experience. Excellent Job from start to finish. I found Convertible's ad in one of the door to door flyers which normally I wouldn't pay much attention to. After looking up Convertible on Homestars and seeing the reviews, we decided to call Convertible for a quote to change our furnace as we wanted to get 3 quotes. We liked the fact that they were a Family Owned Company who had been in business since 1967. Marni came to our home to quote our furnace replacement. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and gave us several options all of which seemed very reasonable. She also advised us of the Enbridge Program where we could receive a further rebate in addition to the OPG rebate of $250 that was currently being offered. Installation was done by Roop who was also very experienced and knowledgeable. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend Convertible to others

This spring I bought my first home. I knew when I moved it that I needed to replace the furnace and put in air conditioning. After doing my research and having many people come to my home to do quotes. I found Convertible. I was very happy with the service they provided me. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. When it was time to replace my old furnace and air conditioning unit I did a lot if research on different companies. After 10 different estimates I choose Convertible. I am very happy with the installation and the service and would recommend them to everyone. They are fast, easy and efficient.

When I decided to convert from an oil to gas furnace and also purchase a new A/C as well as a tankless water heater, I contacted a number of companies and received quotes which were higher in price than Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. Aside from price, what impressed me was the non-pressure product presentation by Chris.He and other members of the Admin team (Sam, Marnie, and Grant) were very patient and informative in answering my many follow-up questions in subsequent phone calls regarding the various products available, how the installation could best be done in my home, and the after care once the products had been installed. ( I guess I am the sort of fellow who needs lots of reassurance. lol) They even did the paperwork for me regarding my extended warranty with Rheem and my OPA rebate!
Dieter was the technician who installed my HVAC appliances. I found him to be very conscientious in his work ethic and he strived to make me a satisfied customer . He overcame the challenge of having to deal with some old piping issues in my house when hooking up my appliances.
Overall, I am happy that I chose Convertible as the company to do business with. I highly recommend their services and look forward to remaining as a long time client with them in the future.

After receiving a ridiculous quote for a new A/C unit, I called Convertible and they showed up and provided a quote that was more than half for the exact same unit. Dieter showed up right on time and did a fabulous job. We have an old house so he/I was worried that the coil would have to come through the bathroom wall since it was not accessible. However, he managed to get it out and completed the job without any issues. Highly recommended.

We recently had a new Furnace, Air Conditioner, Humidifier and Air Cleaner installed and it is with the greatest satisfaction that we recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

Our replacement was not an emergency situation and we had the time to extensively research products by brand name and specifications. We developed a good idea of what we wanted and met with a few contractors to review our needs.

From the very first phone call to get a verbal quote, Marnie was very professional and answered all questions with detailed information. During her site visit to confirm our needs, she listened to all our requirements, suggested options, was very generous with her time in answering our numerous questions and gave us a very competitive quote. We decided on an American Standard system.

Installers, Kamil and James, arrived on time and did an excellent job on our installation. They reviewed with us all aspects of the installation and gave consideration to the layout of our furnace room area when deciding on the best options to run all the necessary piping and exhaust ductwork. Overall, the job was done very professionally, neat and aesthetically pleasing. The pride they took in their work was evident. We especially appreciated Kamil’s recommendation of using a Low Profile Termination Kit on the outside wall which eliminated the unsightly 3” vent pipes. Due to some minor problems, our installation process took longer than anticipated and both Kamil and James agreed to return on their day off to complete the job.

Our overall experience with Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning was very positive.
We felt that we were dealing with a company that not only cares about our home heating and cooling needs; but a company that truly cares about its customers and the services that they provide.
