New High Efficiency Air Conditioner
We prevously used Convertible Air five years ago at our last address in Don Mills. They installed our air conditioner then and did a great job.
This job was more complicated as our house had an older plenum and it was uncertain if that too would have to be replaced. Marnie (the manager) came out and examined it and spoke to her technicians. She quoted us on both outcomes. She gave us a fair price either way.
Luckily, they were able to work with our existing plenum and we were very happy with the result. Marnie kept her word about the deal, and her staff were clean, professional, and communicated issues well with us and the head office.
I should add that other companies did not consider using our existing plenum and suggested we get a 2.5 ton air conditioner. In actuality, a 2 ton one was sufficient for our size house and less expensive.
