Toronto Van Lines

I hired Toronto Van Lines moving for my recent house move. After selling my house, I was inundated with letters from companies asking me to call to set up a meeting for a free quote. Toronto van Lines did NOT sent me a letter, instead they called me directly to set up an appointment. Saving me the first step. I met with Bill and he was kind and charming and new his stuff. Once I got the quote, it was easy to book. I was moving a 4 bedroom House - they were very
reasonable and Bill left me with his cell number. Between the meeting and moving date I called Bill with questions and they were answered entirely. A few days before the move, the company called to confirm. Again, saving me that step. On the day of the move 4 young men arrived at my house. They were polite and friendly and so hardworking. The entire move took over 12 hours and these men worked tirelessly only stopping when WE insisted for lunch, a mid afternoon break, and dinner. bill even stopped by at one point to check up on his crew. The entire time these young men maintained their humour and politeness and took good care of All our belongings. All furniture was moved to where we wanted it, it was
unwrapped and they only left when we insisted that it was done. Many, many thanks to Yousef, Steven, Tarrin, and Kevin. You did a brilliant job, worked so hard, and we are very pleased! I would highly recommend Toronto Van Lines. P.s. We bought the boys both lunch and dinner. I only mention this because I can't imagine having people work this hard for me for over 12 hours and not feeding them. I hope people who read my review and hire movers, any movers, will consider doing this as well.

Bill came to my house seen everything that had to be moved. I had a 3200sq ft house. The day of the move, the movers came and said no way will this fit into one truck. Apparently this has happen before. I was quoted $2755. The wanted to charge me in the end almost $7000. I had to fight to pay only $5200. Bill tells me there is an estimate of 80 boxes you had more. He knew how big the house was and seen everything that was in the house. My daughter will be moving shortly and Toronto Van Lines will not be part of that move. On another note the workers were wonderful.

Bill came and provided an estimate for four men and two trucks over 14 hours. The movers were young and able and courteous, always professional. They worked hard and consistently. The move took 13 hours and cost less than the quoted price. Not only that, this was the first move we've had where not a single item was broken. We were thrilled with the move, the team having worked so hard to make a stressful event proceed as smoothly as possible. Based on our experience, we would have no trouble recommending Toronto Van Lines.

From the time I engage Toronto Van Lines to the estimate to the Move and to the end everything was acording to what Bill said he did the estimate and also he visited us on the day of the Move just to make sure everything was going to our satisfaction and at the end of the move it was right on the money and the team to move it was very pleasant and very quick excellent job guys. I recently moved from Toronto to Kitchener it was a very complicated move and stressful, as I was downsizing from a 3 bedroom house I had lived in for 35 years, to a 2 bedroom condo. The quote from Bill was less than the other quotes I got from other companies, so I decided to choose them. The movers were funny and really seemed to enjoy their job. They packed for me the day prior and I was impressed with their efficiency and care they took. The day of my move, they were on time, and really made a very stressful time so much easier. They joked around with each other and me, yet remained very professional, put things into the truck at a steady pace. and worked well as a team. The office staff were fantastic as well . All my calls were returned very quickly, and with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. The office gal, always made me feel better after my calls. answered all my questions and encouraged me to call back anytime. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a moving company, and actually have done so.
Bill, was amazing, even left me his cell number to call him directly if needed. he delivered on all he promised, and have to say went over and above my expectations. I am very glad I chose this company to move me, would do so again should the need arise.

We engaged TVL to handle the move from our house in Markham. They were well organized, professional and efficient. Under Dave's excellent leadership, the team worked diligently to load two trucks after carefully wrapping all the most important pieces. Bill even showed up on a Saturday night to personally supervise the piano move, which was challenging. All in all, it was a good moving experience at a reasonable price. We would definitely use TVL again.

It was not first time that we hiered a moving company, but it was for sure the most satisfying experience with toronto van lines. Tnis time we moved out of ontario (Montreal) and Bill was supper helful and knowledgable setting time,date, crew and trucks within our time frame and budget. The crew load and offload our suff very professionally and they kept in touch with us all the way driving to Montreal. We were very satisfied with the service. We just used toronto vanlines service for packing and moving my family and my older parents. The crew first carfully packed and moved our stuff to storage and next day packed and moved my parents to new home. The movers were friendly and professional and worked supper hard. They were great and very respectfull with my parents and made sure they will be comftable at new house by assembling the furniture and putting the beds back together for them. all this was done within the estimated time frame and no damages ! We were so satisfied with their services. We though we should share it here .

From my initial contact with their office to the moving day I couldn't have been treated better.The movers were on time and they were very professional and put me at ease immediately.Everything put on the truck was done with great care. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
The quote I was initially given was actually a bit higher than I ended up paying. Everything Toronto Vanlines promised me they delivered on. Their entire staff I found very pleasant and knowledgeable.
