Fresque Carpentry No Longer In Business

I had bought an insulated steel door to replace an old cedar one that did not provide reasonable insulation in winter. Frank completed the removal and difficult replacement in less than one day. Frank was also able to replace the aluminum screen door as I requested. That, in itself, was a challenging job because of interference caused by the new door.
The new door works perfectly and during cold weather we no longer have a draft coming into the room and no ice forms at the base of the door. That was a problem, as ice would form at the bottom of the cedar door and make it impossible to open.

I was very pleased with Henry's work in putting on my new doors. He was precise with measurements and the doors look beautiful in my apartment. I also asked him about putting on some shutter doors to my kitchen and he was very prompt in getting back to me in follow up e-mails re prices and type of door. Would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.

We already had the doors and handleset, we needed to find someone to install them. It took us a while but we decided to go with Fresque Carpentry. Henry was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time and was diligent in his work. He had to make a trip to the hardware store because we didn't purchase everything he needed, but he didn't mind. He didn't stop until his work was done and we're very happy with the results. We'll be calling Henry soon when we need our closet doors hung.
