We had an inspections done on our home yesterday. The inspector was on time and waiting for us. My wife and I were impressed that the inspector was a journeyman carpenter. The process was helpful and the inspector clearly communicated any problems that the house had.

Accurate Home Inspection saved my family a world of grief and a lot of money. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years and had relied on my own knowledge and experience in the past when purchasing a home. This particular home was built on a treated wood foundation which I havent any experience with. My gut told me to hire an inspector with the proper equipment to have it checked out. It turned out there are drainage issues and the foundation was experiencing water problems. Some readings on the moisture detector were off the charts. Wood Foundation + water = $$$$$$ to fix. While in the process of purchasing a new home we found it to be an overwhelming experience as well as a very excpensive ordeal...with all of the individual fees and whatnot. The home inspection that we had perfomed turned out to be the least expensive cost and one of the best things we did as we were informed of all possible problems with the home. The inpector was very knowledgeable and explained things to us so that we could understand. We were able to complete our purchase in confidence knowing that our new home was everything that we thought it would be.

The inspector performed an inspection on our newly built home. The report uncovered several items that I would never have been aware of due to my lack of construction knowledge. I intend to bring up the items with our builder before our initial warranty period runs out. The service is well worth it. The cost to fix these items after the warranty expires would be much higher than the cost of the inspection.

We had a great Inspection! We were buying our first home and were quite overwhelmed with the process. The insector came over and explained everything for us. We knew what the issues with the house were. We also know what we need to do!
