Accurate Home Inspection

Accurate Home Inspection saved my family a world of grief and a lot of money. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years and had relied on my own knowledge and experience in the past when purchasing a home. This particular home was built on a treated wood foundation which I havent any experience with. My gut told me to hire an inspector with the proper equipment to have it checked out. It turned out there are drainage issues and the foundation was experiencing water problems. Some readings on the moisture detector were off the charts. Wood Foundation + water = $$$$$$ to fix.
