Accurate Home Inspection

We were purchasing an 70's era home in an established neighbourhood. Our Inspector was ahead of our appointment by five or ten minutes and after introductions and a few photos got right to work. Our inspector was thorough and open to questions regarding the condition of the house and what should be done going forward. The package the inspector provided for us gave us a lot of great general info and the report that was emailed afterward showed us exactly where the concern areas were on our home.
