My 8+ yrs old washer has started to make some really loud noises and I called Cascade at 11:30AM after reading all the great reviews on this site and Steve was able to come by at 2:30PM. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what was wrong but recommended to just buy a new washer as it would cost hundreds of dollars to repair as the washer would have to be completly taken apart + the cost of the part. He even gave us a few recommendations/tips on how much liquid detergent to us (half of the detergent recommended amount), not to use softner as these would accelerate the corrosion of the washer, always use HE detergent for front loaders, keep the washer's door and liquid container open after a wash to air dry it to prevent mold.
He even showed us a quick and easy way to pull the knobs off the dryer with a J cloth as we wanted to replace them!
The call/diagnotics was very reasonable at $49.95+HST and he accepts cc, cash or chq. Highly recommended!
