Furnace stopped working during the Dec 2022 cold snap. Of course.
HomeStars recommended Advanpro, so I called & got an appointment for that afternoon! (The other guys didn't even call back until after Advanpro had finished the repair.)
The tech (sorry, I forgot his name) showed up on time & was experienced, efficient, & friendly. And he had a great sense of humour, so we had some laughs while he diagnosed the problem & made a quick repair to the non-functioning part.
