Furnace stopped working during the Dec 2022 cold snap. Of course. HomeStars recommended Advanpro, so I called & got an appointment for that afternoon! (The other guys didn't even call back until after Advanpro had finished the repair.) The tech (sorry, I forgot his name) showed up on time & was experienced, efficient, & friendly. And he had a great sense of humour, so we had some laughs while he diagnosed the problem & made a quick repair to the non-functioning part.

My experience with the Huvan team (Riley, Brady, Chris(?), & Axel) was great -- from the punctual initial meeting; to the responsiveness to my questions & lending their experience to help me make project decisions; to upgrading the project; to the very reasonable quote; to keeping me proactively informed of Covid supply chain delays; to showing up early & working all day; to leaving the site tidy at the end of the workdays; through to the cleaned up job site around my shiny new deck. Unfortunately, the first big October snowfall started an hour after they finished, so I've only stood on the new deck for 5 minutes & shovelled it several times since. But I enjoyed it for those 5 minutes & it shovels very nicely. I'm looking forward to enjoying it next summer!
