Alarm Systems review in

Securtek stinks. Their customer service is poor and they give you run around. Find another company to monitor your home. The keep calling to do alarm test. When I return the calls they say they need a password, which btw we never had when we set it up. So today I tell them I'll try it when I get home from work they agree. I call the guy says needs password, I tell him don't have it. He says well it's usually your account number (which I left my recent bill in the office). This has been going on for 6 months, couldn't they just have told me that in first place instead of saying they can't help me without the password. So sick of them. Try another company
