Waterproof Masters was recommended to us by a friend of a friend. Thanks goodness! We had already made up our minds as to the company we were going to go with until John enlightened us as to why we should reconsider our options. It wasn't a case of putting down the other companies, in fact he had good things to say about the process used by most of them. He just educated us as to the different methods used to waterproof basements and the company we were going to use was the cheapest for a reason. Bare minimum process! Waterproof Masters is the cream of the crop for waterproofing foundations. Some might even say their extra layers and extra steps are overkill for a residential property but we live a high water table area of Burlington so overkill is what we wanted. You might pay a few $$ more but we're talking about foundation here. Not the time to cut corners to save a few bucks. John was a great communicator. Easy to work with. The crew was hard working and respectful. Its a messy service but they kept the area as clean as possible. We have noticed that since the waterproofing our house is few degrees warmer. A nice bonus. Even our babysitter who complains constantly said our house was warmer than usual! I would recommend this company without hesitation if you are looking to have the job done right.

We moved into a new home that had multiple leaks in the basement. John and Cyril at Waterproof Masters were extremely helpful in providing us a number of options that could solve our problem and meet our budget concerns. They were very practical and diligent in walking us through the pros / cons of each option. They never pushed a solution, but gave us enough information to make a proper decision.

The crew was very professional, pleasant and courteous. When they encountered issues during the job, they would approach us, provide options and ideas, then let us decide how to proceed.
At the conclusion of the job, they cleaned up like they were never there!
The humidity level in our basement has dropped by more than 30% since they finished the job. We've had a couple of big rainfalls and there have been no water issues.

John is very informative about the work to be done. Clincher was, out of the several companies I had quotes for, his company was the only one to repair the inside damage. I was told by other companies do it yourself, its cosmetic.

The service I received was excellent. John came over the same day I contacted them. He was professional, punctual and explained the process in detail. He took the time to address all my concerns and I appreciated his honesty. Cost was reasonable and the warranty gives me peace of mind. The other companies I called to get quotes didn't even compare to the quality of service I received from John when he came. James and the crew doing the work was amazing, kept me informed, answering any questions I had, even gave me some suggestions regarding landscaping. They were very respectful of my property as well as my neighbours. They worked extremely hard all day, digging by hand around gas line. Clean up was great and I didn't have to do anything after they left. Job well done! I highly recommend Waterproof Masters and I would definitely call them again in the future if needed.

John was the only person from any company that I called who promptly came to explain how they fix cracks, the materials they use, and all options.

I had four cracks to fix from the inside. After opening up the walls, we decided to do two of them from the outside, as it spanned across multiple studs and went behind the electrical panel.
John was back within a couple hours to discuss and gave me a very reasonable price for the outside work.
Just had the work done, but i'm sure if there is an issue they will resolve it.
