I have used Fujitech for a few years now and am so pleased with the service and the cost. I've used other companies in the past and I have been disappointed time and again. But not so with Fujitech and Joseph. I recently purchased an upgrade to my laptop because I needed a bit more computing power. Joseph interpreted what I needed right away without me having to go into long explanations. The laptop is working just as I'd hoped - even better actually! And just like each time I've used Fujitech (for various reasons), I've been more than satisfied with the outcome. I've never been subjected to upsell or gimicky sales pitches from Joseph - just honest assessments and fair and reputable service.
