I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Harris Plumbing. The gentleman who came to my house was professional, courteous and very helpful. Their office had been without power for most of the day on the Saturday, but they were still able to assist us and other customers. My situation was not a normal plumbing problem. We had lost a pet ferret in the sump pump weeping pipe. He had been missing for quite some time, but we could only guess that he had gone into the pipe. The drain camera scope that was carried out allowed us to know for sure that our pet was where we thought he was and best of all that he was still alive. Without that, we would never have known for sure and possibly the outcome may not have been positive. I am happy to say it turned out well and I thank Harris Plumbing for the huge part they played in that outcome. Harris Plumbing went the extra mile and then some to help us out in a very unusual and stressful situation. They care about their customers and it shows. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Needed some faucets changed and called Harris Plumbing. Someone was available the same day. Very professional from start to finish. Harris Plumbing updated me when someone was to arrive and a follow-up to check on quality of service. Service was top notch. The plumber cleaned up after himself and was very polite. I would use them again.

Feb 2013, had a sewer backup, guys came, snaked, videoed, cleared it and said our pipes under the basement floor had a low point and the floor needed to be busted up to fix. Said they'd be back to quote that job. Never heard from them again. Called to follow up and said they'd get back to me but no response. Just called and they said changed owners in April (son bought father out) so there was a change in policies and procedures -- I guess they decided not to follow up on what they said they would do. There were my go to plumber but will find someone who cares.

Matt from Harris Plumbing called back promptly and arrived on time on Saturday evening. He was courteous, tidy and thorough. He showed and explained the problem and how he planned to fix it. He understood my concerns about water damage to the hardwood flooring. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend him to anyone.

We were recommended to Harris Plumbing North (HPN) by the folks at the TimberMart who recommended them to us as someone who filled our requirement  of 'skilled and trustworthy'. We were not disappointed.

I need to tell you how impressed I am with their man Adam who did an amazing job for me yesterday. Adam was professional and focused all day. He is a tribute to your business. They also coordinated an electrician for me for this same visit who was equally impressive.

We were having problems with our sewage pump in the basement and it was overflowing every 12-14 months. The guys that came from Harris plumbing noticed right away that some pipes were not properly installed, but they had to temporarily solve the problem. they did not fix it only because I am in a new home and felt this was something the builder needed to look after and correct. Thanks to harris plumbig I was able to tell the builder what the problem seemed to be, it took three years but they finally agreed to correct the issue. Now, fingers crossed, the sewage will stay where it belongs.

Excellent response, polite technician and great advice! Their service was timely and efficient.

As well as the kitchen sink, the technican also removed the water softener without issue or mess!

Rick Harris did most of the work himself and did an excellent job. He actually started earlier than promised and finished on time. His work was excellent and he left the bathroom very clean and tidy.

With Rick's eye to detail and his recommendations for fittings for this little room ,we were able to achieve a simple modern look that would happily go for another 20 years. Rick was always available for feedback (very important), was punctual, tidy, and his plumbing background is a strong asset. Rick referred us to the companies ( for tiles and fittings) and so we had first hand knowledge of what we were getting ,deciding to upgrade from original plans.
The powder room looks more spacious (Rick gently discouraged us from getting a vanity style sink) and we are happy with the outcome.
