Energency Service ~ Pet Rescue!!
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Harris Plumbing. The gentleman who came to my house was professional, courteous and very helpful. Their office had been without power for most of the day on the Saturday, but they were still able to assist us and other customers. My situation was not a normal plumbing problem. We had lost a pet ferret in the sump pump weeping pipe. He had been missing for quite some time, but we could only guess that he had gone into the pipe. The drain camera scope that was carried out allowed us to know for sure that our pet was where we thought he was and best of all that he was still alive. Without that, we would never have known for sure and possibly the outcome may not have been positive. I am happy to say it turned out well and I thank Harris Plumbing for the huge part they played in that outcome. Harris Plumbing went the extra mile and then some to help us out in a very unusual and stressful situation. They care about their customers and it shows. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Hi Adele, you are so very welcome! We were all on pins and needles here in the office while we stayed tuned. We sent the pic of plumber/ferret whisperer Jef and sweet little Joey to the B101 radio station (that helped lure Joey out of the 4" pipe) and they put it on their home page and Facebook page! Joey's famous! Our fabulous plumber Jef is always famous!!! (To us and to all his HP clients). We're thrilled that we could help Adele.
